When attempting to log in to PDF2XL, you may find this alert:
Authentication failed, please verify the credentials, system time, or sign up for an account.
This is telling you that your machine cannot access our authentication server for one of the following reasons:
**Before any of the following issues are checked, please make sure you:
have registered for a trial version, or
have your own paid license, or
have a license assigned to you.
1) Your system time is not set up properly for your region.
Please check this in your computer settings.
Check with Microsoft for instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/
2) Your email address or password is incorrect.
Try changing your password.

3) If neither of the first two issues is present, the only possible cause left is that your machine has some security or firewall setting that is preventing your machine from accessing our authentication server.
This will require an offline activation.
