If you launch PDF2XL, you should be able to simply log in using your email address and the password you received when you purchased.
If, however, you do not have internet access, or you are behind a firewall, you will need to run an offline activation.

Additional Error: If you encounter the error message "No active subscription is found," it typically means that the user has not been assigned a license. Please log in to your PDF2XL dashboard, assign the license to the correct user, and then activate the software by signing in with the assigned credentials.

From any machine with internet access, go to this link and enter your Email address and password. An .import file will be emailed to you directly:

Offline License Request for older versions
When you launch PDF2XL and it is unable to reach our activation server, you will see the window shown in the image below. All the necessary steps are in this request. Please follow each step carefully. If you encounter the "No active subscription is found" error, ensure that the license is assigned to the correct user in the PDF2XL dashboard before proceeding with activation.
If you are unable to update your software at this time, you can use the below steps to generate an .import file, but please note that we cannot support your product, nor can we guarantee that an offline activation will work.
*Please remember that we cannot guarantee this .import file will work for older versions. It is integral that you keep your software updated to maintain expectations.
