When running a script through the command line process, you may encounter this error:
This can occur if:
You are trying to login with invalid credentials.
Solution: recheck email/password or reset password (check that the credentials for the user's license have not changed since your last login).You are trying to run command line in a server environment while logged into a user account that does not have access to the software.
Solution: log in to the user's PDF2XL account, or assign a PDF2XL license to that user if they do not have one (you will then need to log in to the application with their credentials).
