You might occasionally see an error like this when your computer's language settings are in something other than American English.
Because of those language settings, Excel can reject the format in the Number or Currency field.
To correct this, try changing:
the Number format from '0.0000' to '0,0000' (note the period has been replaced with a comma) or just '0', or;
the Currency format from '0.00' to '0,00'.
