The download link for all editions of the 8+ version is https://pdf2xl.com/download/PDF2XL.msi

You need only install the software, then log in using your assigned username and password.
*Logging in to the new installation will log you out on any other machines that the software might be installed on.

If you have forgotten your username, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Versions 5.0 to 6.5

Includes:

  • PDF2XL Basic

  • PDF2XL OCR

  • PDF2XL Enterprise (Legacy)

  • PDF2XL CLI

*Your version of PDF2XL is obsolete and we can no longer support it. however, that doesn't mean you can't install it on your new computer.
**Note that our support team cannot troubleshoot any issues you are having with your older license. If you begin to show signs of incompatibility, you will need to update your software.

If you still have the information from the purchase email you received, you already have everything you need to install your PDF2XL program.

You can download your software from the link provided in that email and use your Payment Code and Purchase Email to run the online activation (if your online activation fails, contact our team at [email protected] to reset the license).

Download links can also be found on this page.

If you've lost your purchase email information, you can contact our support team at the email address above to receive these details - try to provide the email address for the license if you can, as it will be difficult to locate your account in our system without it.

Versions Under 5.0

*Your version of PDF2XL is obsolete and we can no longer support it. however, that doesn't mean you can't install it on your new computer.
**Note that our support team cannot troubleshoot any issues you are having with your older license. If you begin to show signs of incompatibility, you will need to update your software.

You will have to contact us at [email protected]  for a license reset, and there's a good possibility that a Manual Activation Request will be needed in order to activate your software.

Provide your Payment Code or the email address registered to the account when you send your email, so our team can locate your license in the system; without this information, we may not be able to help you.
