Please be advised that this is an unsupported version and we have phased out the system that generates offline activation keys so if your online activation fails, we will not be able to assist.

During the online activation process, you may encounter the following error:

(The data inside the image will be different, based on the product you have installed.)

This means you've installed a version of the software that is not registered to the Payment Code you are trying to activate. If you're not sure what version you own, you can contact [email protected] to find out. The support agents will need the Payment Code or the email address registered to the software to locate your license in the system.
