As you save layouts to your layout library for quick access, you'll find you start gathering quite a collection.

If you find that you no longer need some of these layouts, or you would like to rename them, this can easily be done.

First, you'll need to open a PDF in PDF2XL to enable the layout library - it doesn't matter which PDF you open, so long as there is one loaded.

Next, Go to your Layout tab and click "Load" to open the layout library.

Find the layout you wish to remove or rename and right-click to open the menu and select your option.

Another option you'll see is "Edit Comment". You can insert a comment into the layout file as a descriptor of the layout. It will show up just underneath the library window.
