Adding Secondary Administrators

Administrators of your dashboard have the ability to assign and remove users, as well as make changes to your plan by upgrading it, purchasing more licenses, or cancelling it.

It's very important that when you assign a new administrator, you are doing so with the intention to give them these liberties.

*If you mean to simply assign a user to a license, please see this page.


To add an administrator:

*Ensure that your user already has a web account.

If not, they can create one here: https://pdf2xl.com/app/#/auth/register.

  1. Log into your dashboard at https://pdf2xl.com/app/#/auth/login

  2. Go to the "Manage Roles" section

  3. Click the "GRANT ADMIN ACCESS" button at the top right corner of the screen

Enter the email address of the person you wish to assign


An email will be sent to that user with an invitation link.

They will have only 24 hours to click that link before it expires, after which time, you will have to delete their pending status and re-assign them.
