When you purchase multiple licenses on a single subscription, you can assign them all at once using the "Bulk Assign" button.
Method
Note: It's helpful to first create a Notepad file with the names and email addresses of your users in this format: full name and email separated with a comma (no spaces around comma).
Example:
John Doe,[email protected]
Rob Wright,[email protected]
Jennifer Smith,[email protected]
Go to the "Subscriptions" screen.
Click "Edit" for the subscription you wish to assign.
Click the "BULK ASSIGN" button.
Copy your list of users and paste them into the prompt.
Click the "Submit" button.
You should now see the licenses subscribed to your users. Each of them will receive an invitation email that explains how they can download the software and the credentials they need to log in.
