You can convert all your documents to one Excel file, either in separate worksheets (tabs) or a single worksheet using batch conversion.
Method 1: Separate Worksheets
This will result in each PDF converting to a separate sheet within that Excel document.
Before you can convert to a single Excel Workbook, ensure you have "Add new sheet(s)" selected in your Settings > Excel > Conversion to a File then follow the steps below.
Method 2: Single Worksheet
This will result in each PDF converting to the same sheet in the Excel document.
Before you can convert to a single Excel Workbook, ensure you have "Add to existing sheet(s)" selected in your Settings > Excel > Conversion to a File then follow the steps below.
After choosing your method:
Click the "Output File" button and enter a name for your file in the prompt.
When you’re ready, Click the “Convert” button.
You will be prompted to verify the action.
PDF2XL will start the conversion process …
And let you know when it’s complete!
Your converted file(s) will be in the folder you selected as your output and will not open automatically.
