To auto-renew your license, you will need to have a valid credit card applied to your account. If you do not have a credit card, or the one on file has expired, you will need to update this before your term expires to prevent interruption of your service.
**If you have multiple subscriptions, you will need up update the card for each one individually.
Locate the subscription for which you want to update the credit card (please note you cannot update payment information on Canceled accounts).
Click the Change/Cancel icon. This will open the page where you can edit your payment method.
Click the Manage Payment Methods button.
Enter the card information and click Add Card.
REMOVE YOUR CREDIT CARD
You can also remove your card at any time by selecting the trash can icon (remove) and confirming removal of your card. If you remove your payment method, your subscription cannot auto-renew until you add another card.
