If the pages of your document are rotated, you can use the "Rotate" options to turn it the correct way.
Procedure:
Open your file in PDF2Word.
If you notice that your document is sideways, click on the "Rotate CW" (clockwise) or "Rotate CCW" (counter-clockwise) button to turn it right side up.
